Location          : Project development nr. 41 – on the Blue Hole road – in Dahab – south Sinai

Ground area    : 22593 sqm + 7000 meters non construction area on the sea (private beach area)

The Daniela Diving resort has built up its reputation as a cosy family managed diving hotel with many repeating customers. It is built up in a very special way with upstairs rooms with domes. All rooms with terrace or balcony, sea view, air co, private bath with shower and a unique house reef with natural pools for snorkelling.

The Daniela diving centre which is located in the hotel is an internationally recognized diving centre Padi , Cmas .

First Stage

The first Stage to the project opened its doors in end 1999 with 40 rooms with private bathroom + diving centre. Each room is 32sqm.

The arabesque styled construction (by engineer Hassan Abdel Rehim ) consists of 4 groups of 2 floors , each floor consists of 5 rooms connected with corridors of 400 meters.

The service area includes:

Reception: ground floor 236 sq m and includes: reception, managers room, open bar

First floor 220 sq m billiard , ping pong & reading room – with possibility for a restaurant & pub.

Restaurant & Kitchen area

The restaurant is constructed on an area of 24 sq m

Storage area consists of 18 sq m

The restaurant consists of 103 sq m

Personnel accommodation consists of 80 sq m

Diving centre consists of 160 sq m

Swimming pool consists of 80 cubic meters with the length of 7 meters.

The project has a direct sea area of 155 meters

Second Stage

The second stage of the project is fully designed & is licensed from South Sinai government.

The second stage consists of another 68 beds divided into 84 rooms with bathrooms.

The 84 rooms consist of 7 buildings on two floors. Each block consists of 12 rooms.

New Building that will consist of: new reception building + Bar + kitchen + 6 shops + service room + toilets.

The first floor of the new building will include: the reception area + Bar + the kitchen + 6 shops + service room + toilets

The first floor of the new building will consist of: management offices + reception area + service area + toilets

New building for workers accommodation including 4 rooms with toilets on the ground floor + 4 rooms with toilets on the first floor.

New big swimming pool 

The actual restaurant will remain a restaurant / bar ( sea front )

The actual swimming pool will remain as second swimming pool

The total constructed area after the completion of the second stage will be of 248 beds on 124 rooms.

Dahab has become one of the most popular red sea destinations , especially for divers and surfers. Now it is also becoming a family resort area.

Market & competition Daniela Diving centre

At the moment there are more than 54 diving centers in Dahab . There is a new rule that will be implemented soon in Dahab regarding diving centers. Only diving centers in hotels will be licensed – each hotel will be allowed to own or rent two diving centers.

This will limit the amount of centers in Dahab and will increase the diving centers rents & demand for rent in hotels.
